We are a small couple-run initiative, originally from Guwahati, Assam — now based in Delhi. Food has always been a big part of our culture and family traditions.
We started AmarBozar with a simple idea: to bring authentic Assamese non-veg pickles to people who love bold and unique flavours. Every batch is made in small quantities, with attention to hygiene, taste, and authenticity.
