We are a small couple-run initiative, originally from Guwahati, Assam — now based in Delhi. Food has always been a big part of our culture and family traditions.

We started AmarBozar with a simple idea: to bring authentic Assamese non-veg pickles to people who love bold and unique flavours. Every batch is made in small quantities, with attention to hygiene, taste, and authenticity.

How long do the pickles last?

Our jars are labelled best before 3 months from the manufacturing date. Store in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening.

When are the pickles made?

Everything is made fresh in small batches. Chicken pickle is prepared every Wednesday and pork pickle every Saturday, based on the orders we collect.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹800.

How do I place an order?

Choose your pickles on the website, pay via UPI QR and send the order to us on WhatsApp. You can also place the order first and pay later.

Do the pickles contain preservatives?

No. Our pickles are made fresh per order with no preservatives, which is why we recommend refrigerating after opening.
